ProGreen Landscape Solutions offers monthly sprinkler system inspections and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.

Regular irrigation maintenance helps ensure your sprinkler system operates efficiently, protects your landscape investment, and identifies small issues before they become costly repairs.

This annual service includes 12 monthly visits performed by our licensed irrigation technicians. The annual service agreement is paid in full at $716.28.

• Activate and test each irrigation zone to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect rain and freeze sensors for proper functionality.
• Check the controller backup battery.
• Program controller settings based on seasonal needs and local watering restrictions.
• Inspect each zone for broken, damaged, or malfunctioning sprinkler heads.
• Adjust misaligned sprinkler heads for proper coverage.
• Clean and adjust spray nozzles for optimal performance.
• Clean and inspect nozzle filters.
• Inspect the landscape for dry spots, leaks, and coverage issues.
• Identify sprinkler heads that need to be raised, lowered, or relocated.

This service covers up to six irrigation zones and one irrigation controller. Additional zones or controllers will incur additional charges.

• Pop-up sprinkler head replacement: $35.00 each
• Rotor sprinkler head replacement: $45.00 each

Replacement parts, additional repairs, and system upgrades are not included in the monthly maintenance agreement and will be quoted separately as needed.
